INGREDIENTS
1 kilo minced beef, 2 small grated onions, 5 small rusks soaked in water, 10 finely chopped mint leaves, pinch of oregano, 3 soupspoons olive oil, 3 soupspoons vinegar, salt, oil for frying, flour for flouring
STEPS
1. Squeeze the soaked rusks to drain the water and crumble them into the mince. Knead thoroughly, together with all the other ingredients added one by one. 2. When you’ve got a homogeneous mixture, leave to rest in the fridge for at least one hour. Roll the meatballs, dip in flour and fry in hot oil.
